Transfers to LocalBank in the currency i'm getting paid.

Hello to everybody,

I had a chat today with UpWork Support and I got a bit disappointed.

Since we are getting paid in USD, my balance is in USD, I should be able to Withdraw my earnings in USD. I have the option to transfer the funds to my local bank but for some reason, my funds automatically get converted into the official country currency at a ridiculous rate of 1 USD = 96 ALL.

After I spoke to the support, he told me that, UpWork official bank partner converts my funds, but they do not convert them if I do WIRE TRANSFER. 

I may not know the difference between "WIRE Transfer" and "Direct to Local Bank" but from my point of view, the difference between these two is not logical.

What do you guys think?
