Transferwise.

You need to allow Transferwise Borderless again.  It is the only solution for some of us not to get screwed.

 

Payoneer is absolutely not a good alternative, it has just as many fees as upwork's bank. 

 

Please don't pretend you don't allow Transferwise because of issues of payment, because I can't even recall the amount of posts I've come across about Payoneer blocking accounts or users receiving 0$  instead of the amount they attempted to withdraw, and all the payments that get lost or magical fees coming out of nowhere.

 

Seriously. It's hard to find paying clients on this platform and you already take so much money from us. Why can't you at least allow a payment method that will avoid us a consequent loss of money. You cannot threaten people to ban them if they take their clients outside of upwork when all you seem to be doing all the time is figuring out more ways to steal money from us.

 

Please. PLEASE.

I want to believe that some of you upwork employees actually care and mean to do good, but that's just one more automatic response you gave me and it doesn't solve anything. Just like last time I complained about this, and I just MENTIONED a VAT number that was never accepted although it was valid. And all of sudden, all of you guys were like: "Oh let me check that VAT issue, let's figure this out " although I had specified in my message that I didn't have a VAT number anymore due to a change of status and although you never helped me back then when I still had a valid VAT number and asked for your help.

 

You're just avoiding the big issues. Your responses are a façade. You know what you do is wrong, and you know why you do it. But please, I'm trying to talk to a human being here, not just  to an "employee". 

 

Some of us are working extremely hard and  yet struggling to survive. We have to deal with clients not willing to pay market prices (even lowered) which you just don't give a ... about. You really want me to believe that it's a coincidence the only payment method that would allow me not to lose more money is not allowed on your platform? Seriously?

 

You're all  acting super nice, that's cool and it's efficient at first, you made me feel bad for complaining at some point. But it's just not working anymore because ruining my health for so little money (don't forget we still have to pay taxes in our country on the little money you allow us to actually earn) has changed my way of thinking, a lot.

 

Please. All I (and apaprently I'm not alone) am asking is for you to allow Transferwise again. Please. Please. Please.
