Tried to give bonus but paid twice. I want a refund on one.

Hi, 

I was trying to give a bonus. It asked me in 2 different areas. I thought the first didn't go through, but it did so I paid twice and only wanted to give one bonus. 

Please help me understand how I can get the accidental one refunded. I would not normally mind but the coding the freelancer did has turned out to be sloppy.
