Tried to take the Photoshop skills test but it says it expired.

I just signed up for this account and was trying to take the test for the first time. I cant figure out how to contact anyone at Upwork but I think this was a mistake. Any tips on how I should move forward so that I can take the test before March?

It looks like you were able to complete the test. Are you inquiring about retaking the test? Please know that you can retake the test after 180 days.
