Trying to report phishing incident. Thoughts?

I was phished on Fiverr yesterday. The user wanted access to Upwork through my ISP on Teamviewer. In part, he said "If you can help me, I can get any US local jobs and earn the money with $8000 per a month. So you will get the 10% per a month." I found someone on Upwork with his name who lives in the Ukraine. Probably the same guy. I just want to report this to whomever can use the information best. I'm attaching one of three screenshots of the conversation.
