Trying to set up my payment method.

Hi! I set up my bank account last week for direct transfer (New Zealand Bank). I believe I followed the instructions correctly to put my bank number in correctly, as NZ bank numbers are not as long as the Upwork requirements. There was a small issue with name mismatching which was resolved. So I tried to transfer my money today, but it bounced and apparently my bank number is incorrect? I can't find any information on what to do about this. Can someone please contact me to sort this out?
