Turning off Auto Withdraw

Howdy folks,

Is there a way to turn off the auto withdraw of funds to your bank ? For example, it has the option of withdrawing funds every week, two weeks, monthly or quarterly and I want to turn that off altogether and I can't figure out how.

Thanks !

Kyle

It's not hard to find, you can access your Payment Settings from the Overview under the Available funds tab, everything is there, just follow the instructions.

Hi Kyle,

Unfortunately, automatic withdrawals can't be turned off. You can withdraw your earnings whenever you choose by clicking the 'Get Paid Now' option.

Thank you!

Thanks for the quick reply Bojan !

On a separate note, somebody told me there was a way to avoid paying the $2 withdraw fee, but I can't seem to figure out how to do it. See my attached screen shot.

How do you avoid the $2 withdraw fee ?

Change your payment method to "Direct to US Bank" instead of a card.

Can you send me a screenshot of where to find that on the site ?

Go to Settings > Get paid

On the right, under Payment details > Payment methods, click on Add Method

On the window that opens, click on Direct to US Bank Account

Withdraw to a US bank account rather than the card.
