Two things the help page always redirects to itself and my profile wont update

I am trying to make a ticket about how my profile keeps reverting the text to my old profile even though I saved it and it shows I have it when I check.  But when people look me up it's the old profile.  I am trying to make a ticket but the stupid site redirects to the main screen instantly.
