yesterday Europe and the USA failed to agree on policies for transfering data between the two regions (source: http://nyti.ms/1STsx7g).
Does anyone know how this will affect the relationship between Upwork and european freelancers?
In particular:
* Is the personal data of european members stored in Europe?
* Will people based in Europe continue to be able to use Upwork normally?
