Hello there. I'm new to Upwork community. I have questions about getting paid from an hourly contract. I'm supposed to receive my salary/earnings yesterday because the job ended last Sunday. However as I check my account overview, the amount of earnings I made last week is still under review. Can you please enlighten me about the process? When will I get & withdraw my earnings? Please be more specific. Thanks.

Hi, Phyllis. Thank you for the response but I've already read those articles. I would like to know if it's possible to contact an Upwork CSR who can give me a specific answer/date about my earnings under reveiw? Does it work like that?

You haven't read them carefully enough.

Week 1 – You work

Week 2 – Under review until Friday

Week 3 – Earnings become available on Wednesday

So your earnings under reveiw will be available on June 3rd.

For hourly contracts, your client is automatically invoiced for the hours you logged. The funds become available after the 5-day security period. Please check out this help article for a detailed explanation about how you get paid for hourly contracts. Thank you!
