I already reached the 10,000 earning for 1 client, why am I still being charged with 10% upwork fees?

2 possible reasons:

1. Hourly job, and the hours that become available now were logged before the $10k were reached. Any hours after reaching $10k will be at the new fee tier of 5%

2. Enterprise client (The fee never drops to 5% for Enterprise clients)

Hi Petra, thank you for your response. I'll probably just check in the next salary cycle if it would drop to 5%, but the thing is I think my client is labeled as enterprise, which I am not sure of. Have a great day!

If your client is Enterprise, the fee is 10% and will continue to be 10%
