UPWORK did not answer my request

I withdraw my money since 22nd. it's been 4 days and money has not yet arrived. UPWORK help and support has not yet answer my request or help me locating the money... My question : IS UPWORK GOING BANKRUPT ??

i also withdrew funds on 23rd August 2017 , usually it used to get credited by Friday evening but for last couple of weeks it has not been the case.......and the funds which i withdrew on 23rd has still not been credited.......

Request upwork to look into the matter.

Very, very unlikely. In any case, Upwork doesn't use its money to pay you - your client does.

Please note that it takes four working days after receiving the withdrawal confirmation for the funds to arrive in the receiving bank account (excluding weekends, national and bank holidays). If you fon't receive the funds eight working days after the confirmation email, feel free to contact Customer Support and our team will assist you further.

Narintorn, I checked and see our agent already responded on the ticket you submitted within the last two hours.
