UPWORK tracker is not working

I have worked on several projects today and for some reason it did not compute my time. It took photos of my screen and was logging time but the 3 projects I worked on are with 0hours and no info on the diaries.

We apologize for not being able to get back to you sooner. It's great to hear that it's been sorted out. I can confirm that there's no existing issue with the Desktop App tracker but please do let us know if the issue persists or if you're experiencing something unusual with the feature and we'll surely look into that for you.

Something was not working properly on Friday. I can now see the time that I worked on my diary, it ended up uploading at some point. I will get payed, so it is sorted.
Having said that something was not working because the App was taking screen shots and marking the time. when I stopped it it went to 0Hr worked on the "current sesion" I hope all is back to normal now.

Hi Arjay,

 

I'm having the same issue and I need to get back my desktop tracker as I need to work on my project. Could you please let someone check on my status? I have sent a ticket but I cannot wait for 24-48 hours since I have some urgent project to finish. Please assist. Id #37376367
