[URGENT] Can't login, I've got running contract.

Hello, 
I've got active contract and was working on it last 1.5 month. 
Just 30 min ago, I was logout from the system, and now I can't login. 
Error msg: " Oops! Username is incorrect.
In the console no errors. 
forgot password does not work. 
how can I contact with customer service and could you explain me please, what is going on?

ps: I had to create a second account to submit this quesiton.

Hi Bojan, Thank you for your message. 

1) I would like to point that it's already more then 24h has passed. 
2) I don't have any reason why did you lock my account where I've got my money
3) I have commitment before customer, I can't work and submit my work anymore.... Who will cover those expenses? 

If you could figure out or prioritize my issue in your system, would be very good.
