Hi Sunghoon,
The transaction can't be canceled. However, if it was sent to the wrong account, the funds will return to your Upwork account once the transaction fails which usually takes from 7 to 10 days. I suggest that you check this help article to learn more about the Automatic Payment Schedule.

That's only in case you account is hacked, so Upwork could try and secure it again. It does not cancel your payment, which, as you have been told, can't be done.
If your bank account does not accept the payment, it will come back to your Upwork account after a week or two.
I really need to cancel the transaction.
It isn't possible.
