US English skill test errors

I took the U.S. English basic skill test, completed it with a 4.5 (out of 5) and now it is not in my profile, due to a "communication error". Any ideas on how to solve this?

I see the results for the English Spelling Test you took earlier today are displayed on your profile. Are you referring to this test, since the score matches the one you mentioned, or a different one?
