US citizen that is UK resident

I am a US citizen residing in the UK with UK address and banking information. Do I fill out a W9 or W-8Ben? When I try to do either in tax settings it will not certify me. It stills pops up that I need to complete one of these forms.

All freelancers who are U.S persons should file a Form W-9 with Upwork (all others should file a Form W-8BEN). We do suggest talking to a legal adviser about proper ways to report your Upwork income as we can't provide legal advice in the Community. 

Note that the Tax Information is based on the address you provide. Since you're residing abroad, if you decide to complete the W9 form please let us know or contact Customer Support directly in order to receive assistance with completing the form.
