US virtual account which do not accept ACH transfer

I made a withdraw to a US account I added to my upwork account, but it's unfortunate that the account do not accept ACH transfer except wire transfer. I have already make the withdraw to the account but the problem is that the account does not ACH transfer.  Is there a way I can reverse the transaction, or upwork will use wire transfer if ACH tends not to work with the account?

Thanks. I tried to access the support ticket i opened, but it keep asking me to login with my details which I did and everything is correct. It keep prompt for a modal box to enter my username and password.
