USA LLC taxation

Hello,

I am going to change my freelance status (Spain) to an USA LLC since I am not going to live any longer in Spain. I have so many doubt that I need any possible help.

1. Could I continue using my freelance account only changing the data for the LLC?

2. About the taxation, should I start to add IVA to the american clients? Anywhere when I can have access to this information?

3. Anyone who have the same situation and can have a quick chat?

Hey Sara, when you update your status to the USA Upwork will automatically change all the billing for the taxes. For example, they take out State Taxes in the USA. You will want your status to match where you plan on paying your taxes. Thanks!
