USING ANOTHER PERSONS PAYPAL TO BUY CONNECTS

Dear Sir,

I have never been able to buy connects sinc ei joined this forrum because although i have money in my paypal, your system has "refused" to let my payment go through because i dont have a valid card connected to paypal.

Now i need to send job proposals to clients. Can i use some one elses paypal to buy my connects as i wait to sort out my paypal?
