Un-Responsive Client, Most of my connects waisted because clients post the job and disappear

Hi

After many time purchasing connects now i frustated because mostly clients post the jobs and disappeared and our connects lost. Upwork should take neccssary action on this policy and give favour on freelancers like if no activity on any open job from client upwork should close the job and return all connects to all freelancers.
