Hi.my customer wants to verify the payment method but she says that
"It keeps on saying I need to update my payment details but what I'm putting in is correct.
It won't let me verify two payments. They keep telling me how to verify but the page I need is not coming up. I need this page and it is not there" ( I attached pic)
Please tell me, what is a problem?

Please ask your client to follow up on the notification they recently received and communicate with our team in order to resolve this concern.
