Unable to Add Payment Method - IBAN is invalid

Hi, I am unable to add payment method. The issue is that the minute I enter the fist two letter of my IBAN which is my country code "PK", the form errors out. I contacted my bank and they verified that I am using the correct IBAN. Please help!
