Unable to Buy the Connects

Hi, I hae tried it both visa and mastercard for billing method to buy the connects for my upwork account, I got this message, "We are unable to authorize your card/ Please add another billing method or contact your issuing bank.

Please resolve my issue, I will be very thankful to you.

Thank you for your message. Could you please check with your card issuing bank for the available limit and authorization to complete international transactions on your card?
