Unable to Initiate a REFUND!

Hi Upwork Community, 

I need to make a refund to one of my clients and whatever balance I had in my account, has been withdrawn. As I am not able to add funds to my account directly, Can i kindly have anyone from the support team help me out with this? Thanks!
