Unable to Submit Proposal For a Job

I am New to upwork Community

After putting all my details, when ever I try to submit a proposal for a Job, Upwork it gives me a message

"Sorry We are unable to save your application the Job is private. Only freelancer invited by client can view this job"

Please help me to resolve this issue. It happens multiple times Now
