I am Unable to Submit Proposal

I tried to update address 3 times but still it shows "To submit a proposal, update your address" Error

Hi Saumil,

I checked this for you and looks like the City field under your address information is still not filled. Please try clearing your cache and cookies and using a different browser to log in to your account and fill all the fields under your location information.

I thought It is Tax Information Address Field. So just Updated Address in Location Section and Now I am able to Submit Proposal.
