Unable to Submit any Proposal

Hi,

I have enough connects and I have also cleared my browser cache and even logged in from an incognito browser to submit a proposal. But everytime I try to submit a proposal, the page refreshes and nothing happens. What is the issue here?

ETA: Hi Khandoker, there was a hold in your account that has already been lifted. Please try submitting proposals to the jobs in the Upwork marketplace and let us know if the issue still persists.
