Unable to Upload image Files

For the past couple of days I have been unable to upload image files to clients in messenger or for when I'm applying to jobs.

The green upload bar fills but the send button just stays greyed out. I've let it for ages but still nothing, I've tried small files to test but nothing!

Help!

Hi Charity,

Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or logging in with a different browser to see if the issue persists?

Thanks, I tried clearing the cache but still no luck so have moved to a new server and I'm able to upload again, thank you.
