Unable to Withdraw

I'm trying to withdraw funds and keep getting the following message:

Your withdrawal request was unsuccessful. Please make sure payment method details and user profile information are correct and up to date, or select another payment method.

 

All of my details are correct and up to date. I've recently added a bank account which is now active, but it won't let me withdraw to that account.
