Unable to accept Client's Offer

Hello Upworkers

We have a offer from the client to start a newcontract ho when we try to accept the offer, it gives the following error:

 

"This client's account is on a temporary hold. Once the issue is resolved, you can accept their offer."

 

The client says he does not have any ongoing issue with his account on upwork. We also do not have any issue going on with our account. Any help in this regard shall be highly appreciated.
