Unable to accept an offer

Hi Support!

I'm new on Up work, and my client sent me an offer, but I'm unable to accept it. Even after hitting accept button, the offer isn't changing into ACTIVE CONTRACT, it is still in pending contract. kindly help.

Hi Biah,

 

It looks like you've received an opportunity to work with an Upwork Enterprise client and confirmed that you've completed your Onboarding Task Enterprise companies also have specific onboarding requirements that you must complete before your contract can begin.

 

Since you completed it already, you'll be notified via email and My jobs page when you can start working on the contract.
