Im unable to accept an offer. I get the following message:

You cannot join this team until the client adds a complete address. Please wait until the client does so.

While that's a bad wording from UpWork (don't know why they've done it like that) "You cannot join this team" actually reads "You cannot accept this offer".

Your clients needs to add their address to their account, as the rest of UpWork's message states.
When they do, you'll be able to accept offer.
