Unable to add Bank account

Hi,
I am adding bank account details for setup payments. But i am unable to add details.
Error:
We are sorry! We are experiencing a technical problem and cannot process your request right now. Please try again in a minute.

Although details is completed and correct.
Please solve this issue or let me know what am i missing.
