Unable to add Certiification

Iam an ISTQB Certified  but there is no option in upwork. Kindly add the option in upwork because the clients are hring based on the certification,

Thanks for your response, I did earlier as well as per the provided steps but it does not displays in certification section that’s the problem.

You can suggest a certification that's not on the list and the team reviews suggestions and updates the list based on the demand from time to time.
