Unable to add VAT for no reason

Hello, I have tried to add my taxpayer information (namely, VAT) yesterday. Today, I have received an email saying that my tax information cannot be verified. There's no reason provided in the email. Could you please tell me what I other information I can provide in order my VAT to be approved?

(I have followed VIES format)
