Its been very disappointing for me to not get expected support from the team, unfortunately. 😞
Please if anyone in the community can help.
I am trying to add my Debit card to my account but it is giving me an error where it says the bank is unable to verify my details. I contact the bank twice and personally checked it, My account is fully updated and KYC is also done perfectly. Bank says there is no error.
Is there any issue with the UPWORK system, I also used different browsers but got the same error I want to purchase freelance plus but due to this issue I am stuck badly 😞
