I don't have acces to sections of my profile settings that require a device authorization. I can't authorize my device since I never receive a text message or e-mail with a code or password.
I'm new to Upwork. I'm facing a similar issue. The password & security tab for my profile was blank on the web version. I could update these details through the mobile app but now the web version is asking me to authorize the device. However, i don't see any next steps to do the same.
