Unable to bid

Hello I am unable to bid in my id . i have correctly entered all my details in odesk accounta and i have also send token request to them but they do not send any kind of feedback to me. I am waiting for their reply to come but nothing came. my token request is https://support.odesk.com/entries/23082686 So please solve it asap Thanks
