Unable to buy Connects, Payment Failure

I tried to buy connects using my debit card it doesnt work. I tried it multiple times rechecked the whole thing tried using 2 other debit cards too of diffrent banks doesnt work.

I tried to pay using paypal too that too doesnt work.

I have attached a screenshot of the issue

Would be great of this issue was fixed as fast as possible

Same problem here. All with this complaint seem to be living in India. I don't know if that's relevant and there seems to be no way to get the attention of a human being to ask.

It seems like there might be an issue with your payment method or account restrictions try clearing your browser cache or using a different payment method. If the problem persists, contact Upwork support for further assistance.

I tried using a different broswer too. Also tried with paypal too nothing seems to work.
Also how do i contact upwork support directly. They would need to make a support ticket for me right

same with me it is new rules of indian government if you want to make payment internationally from your card or bank you need to add your pan card to your bank then they will give permission to make payment internationally try contacting your bank

My PAN is indeed linked to my account. I also tried contacting the bank for some reason it just doesnt work

Hi,

I think you have to enable international payment of your card under net banking. this is happening as by default our international payment settings is off. Hope it might help you.
