Needing some help here.
I've been on Elance/Upwork for nearly 10 years, as a Freelancer, Agency and Client.
Have recently started to look for new contracts again (as a Freelancer), and have discovered I can't seem to purchase Connects or even upgrade my membership.
When I click on the links to do so, I land on a page that states "Your profile has not yet been approved", which makes no sense, considering my history!
Any help/input in this matter would be greatly appreciated!

If you're an agency member, perhaps your agency has to purchase connects for it's members. But that's just a guess on my part.

Ahhh, you were right. The agency side of things "got in the way" of the freelancer side of things. I deleted my agency, and now I can actually access the membership stuff. Makes sense when you take a step back! Thanks!
