Unable to buy connects.

Hi, I'm trying to buy connects for so many days, but everytime I get the following message. "Your payment could not be processed. Please choose an alternate payment method or retry again later". The very same message is appearing each time I input the details to buy connects, though I've provided all the correct information.
I was then asked to activate my international payments to buy connects.
I've now activated my international payment as well from my issuing bank but it's still showing me the same message of declined payment.
So, Kindly remove/unblock this ban as soon as possible.
