Unable to close my agency profile

I have not used my agency profile in 3 years, and I would like to close the profile to create a new one. Since I launched a new company and I would like to primarily use that one for the foreseeable future.

The error I receive is to withdraw any open proposals but I do not have any nor am I able to do that on my archived jobs.
