While attempting to initiate the visual verification, I see this message:
"We are sorry! We are experiencing a technical problem and cannot process your request right now. Please try again in a minute"
If I continue though, the bot asks me a if I'm ready and then stalls at connecting to upwork member. How do I go about this issue?
