Unable to create 2nd specialized profile

Hi there,

I am facing an issue in creating a 2nd specialized profile. Getting error message of - "Freelancer profile not found." I have tried multiples times & with Mozilla, Edge browser also. You can view the screenshot, that has attached with it.
