Unable to create profile

Dear UpWork Team,

I Signed up for UpWork, and unable to create the profile...it is not uploading the photo. it says only image can be selected.

I tried with resizing the image / log out login again..but nothing working out.

Please help!!

Hi Mohammed,

Are you able to click on "+Add a photo now" and upload a picture as shown below? Or are you getting an error when you try to do it?
