Unable to edit Portfolio images in Profile

When I try to edit any of my images in the Portfolio section of my Profile, I get the error message:
"Error 404 (A) Trace ID: 4f8e14efdb412832-SJC" --- Page does not exist.

I have deleted cookies, cleared cache and restarted my browser (Firefox) several times. Also tried to log in "incognito mode". Still nothing. I have also tried all of this on Chrome. I've been on chat with a few tech support people and even talked to someone on the phone. Still nothing.

Help would be appreciated. I'm thinking I might just have to delete all my portfolio images and start over --- if that is even possible.
