Unable to end successfully completed contract

Hello,

I don't know if clicking ending contract will affect my profile rating because of the pop up in the attached file

Because I've successfully completed the project and milestone has been approved. But when I try to close the contract, I received the attached message in the screenshot.

The question is now that, if I close it anyways, hope my jss will not be affected?

Hi Emmanuel,

Closing a contract on your own does not necessarily impact your JSS. Note that your client may or may not leave feedback on a contract you closed on your end.
