Unable to load Messages: Websocket is not working.

I am in trouble with viewing "Massages". I can't open messages on any browser or devices. Not in my PC/Mobile App/Mobile browser. 
It's showing "Unable to load messages".

I am trying to solve this problem through this article- https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/articles/211067758-Upwork-Messages-Connection-Troubleshooting.

 

* I am not using any antivirus, there was installed a software named Malwarebytes, and already it's removed.  

* I have test WebSocket, It's not working. but echo test result is okay. 

I have cleared cache and cookies.

* Cookies allowed for Upwork.

 

Please review attachments and help me to solve this problem.

from my android device

Hello sir same issue on my end i can't still open the message page on my upwork its say 

Unable to load messages 

 

i already communicate to upwork supports and submit my request please help 

i also try to troubleshoot this problem and followed the step that upwork work support give to me
