HI. I can't read my messages, I just see the alert "Unable to load messages". I passed the websocket connectivity test successfully, also I shut down my anti-virus, change 3 browsers. Sometimes, but rarely it works good, but usually I It doesn't work for all day. Can you help me? Thanks.
Hi, my messages is still not working. I went through the FAQ related to this issue and my browser works with websocket but Port 443, for some reason, will not connect and I am unsure of how to best remedy this. Please help! Thanks!

While messaging clients, I noticed that it would take 30+ seconds for my text to appear, and a delay in page load times.
I've checked my computer RAM, cache, and internet speed, plus, used other platforms and all appear fine.
Is anyone else experiencing poor site performance?
